My first Orange and Pink Art Challenge! an art journal, for me.

I finally, after years of wistfully reading Somerset Studio, before “altered art” was a 10 cent term, I have begun my art journal. The front and back covers are delightful glittered paper, in orange and pink of course! I uploaded a photo of the covers of the journal to the flickr group.

A Long Time Ago....

I created a beautiful batik scarf in a college surface-design course. It featured pink and orange in the border, and my professor said it was a very unconventional color scheme. I suppose back then, it was. Today, lots of people love it! And I find it very energizing.
